Romances about strong, smart women and the men who love them
I reissued No Strings Attached in January with a new cover. While I still feel some attachment to the red shoe cover, I didn’t feel like it was a good introduction to the series.
I also changed my website hosting company, leaving wordpress.com for a self-hosted site. I hope to roll out new features over the next few months.
In December, I attended the Anderson Holiday Market Fair at the museum. I met quite a few local fans and made a few new friends.
Current Works in Progress
I have almost 45,000 words in Lindsey’s story, and I’m still putzing around with a title. Current front-runners are No Ordinary Man (because, you know, Ric isn’t ordinary at all), and No Stone Unturned, because everyone is always looking for something… or someone… in my books. This book will go back to the beginning of the series, and we will find out what exactly happened between Lindsey and Ric in the first book. We will also resolve questions left unanswered at the end of the second book. Targeting a spring release. Let me know what you think about the title ideas.
Family Remains - This is a women’s fiction book that may make an appearance later this year, if I can find the time to edit it. I wrote it some time ago, but I feel like it’s a strong story. More about this later.
Make sure and sign up for my newsletter. Facebook is threatening to make all page-owners (like the page for Lily Bishop) pay to get their posts out to users. While I understand their need to increase revenue, I’m not to the point that I can regularly pay to advertise on Facebook. So even if you follow my Facebook page, make sure and sign up for my newsletter. No promotion of other books, just news about Lily with a few occasional recipes thrown in. Each time I send out a newsletter I’m doing a drawing for a $5 gift card to either Amazon or Starbucks. (If you choose the Starbucks option you will need to give me your mailing address) If you only want notification of new releases, you can also specify that and you won’t get the other emails.
